SaaS Subscription Agreement

This agreement governs your platform subscription (software fees), separate from rent collected from your tenants.

Trial & grace

• New owner accounts receive a 30-day trial unless marked beta-free by H-Town Rentals.
• After trial ends, you have 5 additional days to add a payment method and pay platform charges while retaining login access to billing screens only.

Suspension & restore

If platform charges remain unpaid after grace, your owner portal may be suspended. Data is retained. Paying outstanding platform charges restores access without manual intervention where payment webhooks are configured.

Fees

Subscription tiers and revenue-share percentages are shown in the owner billing area and may change with notice per your plan settings.
