H-Town Rentals provides property management software for landlords and operators. By creating an owner account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our SaaS Subscription Agreement.
You are responsible for accurate property, tenant, and billing data. You must comply with applicable landlord–tenant, fair housing, and tax laws in your jurisdictions.
Owner accounts may include a free trial, a short grace period after trial, and suspension if platform subscription charges are unpaid. Suspended accounts retain data but lose operational portal access except billing and payment pages.
The platform is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. H-Town Rentals is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the software. Have counsel review before production reliance.
